Lounavoima Oy's project involves building in Salo a state-of-the art waste-to-energy (WtE) plant, which will convert unrecyclable municipal solid waste into energy. From the start the power plant project has been supported by a data system supplied by ALMA, which was used at the design stage of the project, as well as in future maintenance of the power plant.
