Vitec Software Group AB will acquire all shares of the Finnish software company and information system supplier ALMA Consulting Oy, thus strengthening its position in the vertical software market in the Nordic countries. In the financial year 2019, ALMA had a business turnover of SEK 31.6 million, and an adjusted EBITDA of SEK 7.9 million. In 2019, Vitec’s business turnover was SEK 1.156 million. The Group has 750 employees in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
ALMA Consulting develops and delivers information management software, for example to Finnish industrial and energy companies. ALMA’s solutions allow companies to streamline, and efficiently and flexibly control processes that support their production, such as maintenance. ALMA currently has about 100 clients.
– ALMA Consulting is a well-managed and profitable company that provides high-quality solutions with a strong focus on customer benefits and ease of operation. ALMA’s business fits in well with Vitec’s business model and also with our corporate culture. We are particularly careful about this when acquiring new companies into our Group. Today, we would like to give a warm welcome to about 20 new employees to our team, says Lars Stenlund, CEO of Vitec Software Group.
ALMA will be growing with Vitec
