Management and maintenance of ALMA server and database can be outsourced under the service as Application Service Provider ASP. The service includes i.e.:

• Client server in accordance with specific requirement specification
• Secured and high-speed data-communication line
• Upkeep of ALMA system and regular upgrades
• Establishment of ALMA database in accordance with requirement specification
• Database back-up procedures

ALMA server and database host services are cost efficient and easy solution for database maintenance during both project implementation and operational use.

In order to realize concurrent engineering to be carried out also from remote locations it is easy to arrange a full scope solution as ASP. The service can even last over the plant’s entire life-cycle. Alternatively the maintained database can be transferred to another secured location specified by the client.
