ALMA MARKETING OY WILL DELIVER ALMA® SYSTEM AND RELATED SERVICES FOR ENGINEERING AND HANDLING OF TECHNICAL DATA TO CTS ENGTEC OY.

CTS Engtec Oy has ordered a new generation ALMA® knowledge management system from Alma Marketing Oy. The ALMA® system will be used for automation and electrical engineering as well as for project handling and documentation. The delivery also includes required solution libraries, training, system commissioning and remote user support. Additionally the work for data transfer from the old engineering system to the new ALMA® system will be delivered.

According to Mr. Antti Lukka, managing director of CTS Engtec Oy, thorough testing and piloting of potential suppliers and systems were carried out prior to the strategic decision. “The ALMA® system responds to our own requirements and our clients’ needs being able to deliver a flexible and multifunctional environment of cooperation and maintenance in new projects and for operational support as well”, says Mr. Lukka. The parties have also agreed upon reselling the ALMA® system user licenses to final clients in conjunction with project deliveries.

According to Mr. Kalervo Tervola, managing director of Alma Marketing Oy, the agreement is an important achievement. “With this new generation solution, together with our partner, we are able to respond to requirements imposed by experienced and established clients. At the same time we have found an additional reliable partner for strategic distribution of the system”, says Mr. Tervola.
