Kemira's Pori and Oulu ALMA databases are merged. The joint ALMA server is located in Oulu and it will include all technical documentation of the plants.
Why did you choose ALMA?
"With ALMA we got a tool to carry out reforms and manage documents." Kemira Oyj Pori's Plant Manager Mrs Maija-Liisa Niinimäki says. In Pori they use outsourced planning services and all new documents are stored in ALMA.
What will happen next?
ALMA is designed to cover all document types, not just the electrical and automationdocumentation, but also the mechanical and civil engineering drawings and PI diagrams. Over the years, a significant amount of documentation has been stored so now it's time to go through and check them.
"Our document transfer service is based on customer's needs" Project Manager Mr Kimmo Koivukoski from ALMA says. "Kemira Oyj Pori's revised documentation will be in order in ALMA."
