Use of ALMA has had a good start at Ruukki Raahe Works.

ALMA has been introduced to all departments at the Ruukki Raahe Works. The number of ALMA users is about 450 and concurrent users is about 100. ALMA is used both in engineering and maintenance. Maintenance is grateful that all information and documentation is up to date and can now be found from one location. This enables the development of practices and routine work.

The administration service offered by ALMA Consulting has been proved to be a effective solution for maintaining the vast system and it's everyday tasks.

The blast furnace project has been completed. It was the first major project which utilized the ALMA database at Ruukki Raahe Works. ALMA enables location independent work for Ruukki's and external users in ongoing and future projects.
